Nip and Sip Peanut Soup Recipe

Peanut Soup Ingredients:

3 cups milk

1 tsp. finely chopped onion

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp. white pepper

1 Tbsp. flour

1/4 cup chicken stock

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

1/4 cup crushed unsalted or lightly salted penauts for garnish

Paprika for garnish

Peanut Soup Directions:

Place the milk, onion, salt and pepper in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat.

Bring to a simmer while you measure the remaining ingredients.

Mix the flour and stock in a mixing bowl, stirring until smooth.

Stir in the peanut butter until thoroughly combined.

Add to the milk mixture and heat for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.

Serve warm with a garnish of peanuts and a sprinkling of paprika.
