We received complimentary admission into the Hollywood Wax Museum Pigeon Forge in exchange for this post. All opinions and our love for celebrities remain our own.
I have loved walking red carpets with A-List celebrities in Los Angeles and the Hollywood Wax Museum gave MacKenzie the change to step into the spotlight with some of her favorite celebrities.
The Hollywood Wax Museum was MacKenzie’s favorite attraction in Pigeon Forge. The interactive museum allows you to pose with fun props and costumes with leading ladies and Hollywood Hotties.
We were fascinated by the lifelike qualities and details of each wax figure. It’s a detailed process artists use to make a wax figure. The results were incredible.
You cannot miss the Hollywood Wax Museum in Pigeon Forge, it is one of the most unique attractions in the area. Drive up the main parkway and you’ll see the giant King Kong scaling the side of a New York City skyline.

From the other direction, you’ll see a Mount Rushmore replica with Hollywood Stars. There is also a huge Hollywood sign with shooting stars if you miss either of these.
The entertainment complex cost over $15 million to build.

Inside are plenty of A-Listers to rub shoulders with, each with information about the stars that details pets, charity work, side businesses and more.
Most important, this museum is interactive which makes for amazing fun!
It’s a self-guided tour through 22,000 square feet and two levels. Take your time and have fun.

The museum opens with a red carpet with Julia Roberts, Jack Nicholson, Morgan Freeman, and Jennifer Lawrence. That’s just the beginning.

We loved Robin Williams.

MacKenzie made herself at home with the legends Marilyn Monroe, Humphrey Bogart, Elvis Presley and James Dean at the Hollywood Diner. She was thrilled the King even made her a Strawberry shake!

We swooned over Channing Tatum. It should be noted that the scar in Channing’s eyebrow is missing.

MacKenize took to the microphone and posed fiercely with P!nk!

Then there was the wedding. I sat in the church chairs, while she married George Clooney. She sent Grandma a photo with her groom immediately following the brief ceremony.

She found her twin in Scream.

She joined the crew of the Enterprise.

Hung out way past her bedtime with the vampires from Twilight.

At 5 feet 9 inches, MacKenzie can often be heard complaining about her height. Then she met Kevin Hart and realized height was better tall than short. She may have bullied him a bit.

She got an afternoon workout in with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

Then flexed her guns for Jon Cena.

She boxed it out with Rocky.

Posed at the finish line with her teammate Ricky Bobby after Talladega.

Starred in a silent film with Charle Chapman.

She spent some time with Willie Nelson–they braided their hair together.
Some of our other favorite figures include:
- Tom Hanks as Forrest Gump
- Michael Jackson
- Johnny Cash (young)
- Dolly Parton
- Charlie’s Angels
- John Wayne
- Tom Cruise
- Johnny Depp
- Liam Neeson
- Audrey Hepburn
In addition to the realistic wax figures, there are interactive games spread throughout the museum.
Insider Tip:
Splurge for the VIP Pass which gives you access to the roof of the Hollywood Wax Museum, and offers an up-close-and-personal view of King Kong and great views of Pigeon Forge and the Parkway.

The view from the roof is an incredible site. You can see forever.

We had a blast at the Hollywood Wax Museum Pigeon Forge. There were so many celebrities–some MacKenzie knew, some she wanted to know more about and in the end, we have a photograph of her with each and every one.
