#LoveHealthyMe Is a Journey I LOVE #wwsponsored

I was given a free one-month subscription to try the new Simple Start plan and write about my experience.  Though I was compensated for my time and commitment, all views, positive and negative are my own.

Since Valentine’s Day, I committed to make time with me with Weight Watchers Simple Start program. It has been easy to follow and a journey that I am loving. There’s no points. It’s just about making choices, taking time for me and celebrating life.

I watched the media criticize Jessica Simpson for her weight after she had Maxwell. She soon found herself pregnant again and gained weight through her second pregnancy. It happens. When her son, Ace, was born, the media went after her again. Then, one night, as I sat in my living room, shoving ice cream into my mouth, I saw a Weight Watchers commercial featuring Jessica Simpson and she looked amazing! She did it with the Weight Watchers Simple Start program.

I love those first few lines she speaks; don’t you?

Simple Start has made me feel like I have control. I can eat and eat and eat. There is no pre-packaged food. I control what I want with a large selection of recipes and a list of mix and match healthier for me options. I love this egg white, potato, onion and tomato omelet. It’s a healthy start to my day!

Beyond food, I’m learning to make myself a priority. It’s simple. I am realizing more and more that it is sort of like those few moments on the airplane before take off when they remind us that if you are traveling with a child, to secure your own oxygen mask first.

This means I’m spending more time loving on our dog, Bailey Mae. We go for walks around the neighborhood, play fetch and spend a lot of time just snuggling each other!

In between snowstorms, the kiddos and I are getting out more and discovering new trails and places. It’s fun to get out and try new things and I love that I’m moving more.

I feel fantastic and am truly enjoying the journey that begins with ME!

Do something for yourself, commit to just two weeks of the Simple Start plan and see the difference it can make in your life. You deserve it.
