Donut Milkshake Recipe-It’s the Best of ALL Worlds

Donut milkshake–a creation that combines my love of two things….donuts and milkshakes.

This recipe combines the two for a creamy, delicious escape!

Oh, if Stephanie Plum could see this…she and Lulu would be sipping these in Ranger’s black vehicles while they searched for their next “victim”…and it would even go well with pizza and Morelli!

Tired of wearing doughnuts on your face, fingers, and pants?

Take the perfect donut and transform it with this creamy milkshake recipe.

Grab a straw and ditch the finger stick.

“Donuts. Is there anything they can’t do?”

— HOMER SIMPSON

This Donut Milkshake is a vanilla ice cream milkshake served in a glass and then topped with a donut (or make two) for an over-the-top treat!

This recipe makes one for yourself and three to share.

Or not.

Make it all for yourself.

No judgment here.

Keep it basic or embellish it with sprinkles!

There’s no such thing as too many sprinkles!

Or if you don’t like donuts (Wait! Who doesn’t like donuts?), try one of my other milkshake recipes:

Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake

I find that cake donuts work best for texture and taste, use whatever donuts you want!

You might even want to make your own donuts.

But I digress.

Back to the donut milkshake.

It all starts with a good old-fashioned vanilla milkshake.

But…you can add whatever flavor ice cream–I think iced coffee with chocolate ice cream might be something here…I mean, coffee AND donuts.

Once you have your basic milkshake ingredients, you’re ready to summon smiles!

Keep it extra, people.

Add some chocolate syrup, frosting, sprinkles (there’s no such thing as too many sprinkles), or whatever to embellish this delicious donut milkshake recipe and make it your own.

Get your milkshake on.

This one will even bring the teenagers out of their room!
