Too Good Toffee Coffee Recipe Ingredients

3 Ninja® Small Scoops (or 3 tablespoons) ground coffee (Arabica coffee is my preference)

1 tablespoon butterscotch or caramel sauce

1 tablespoon dark brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup heavy cream

How to Make Too Good Toffee Recipe 

Size: Cup setting

For this recipe, I am using the Ninja Bar Coffee Maker.

Brew: Rich the measurement provided, and place the ground coffee in the brew basket.

Place butterscotch or caramel sauce, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt into a mug; set the mug in place to brew.

Select the Cup size; press the Rich Brew button.

While coffee is brewing, place cream into a large mug.

Microwave cream for 30 to 45 seconds.

Froth for 30 seconds according to frothing instructions in the Owner’s Guide.

Too Good Toffee Coffee Recipe

Microwave cream for 30 to 45 seconds.

Froth for 30 seconds.

I also like not to heat the heavy cream and froth it until it is thick (not quite whipped cream); add 2 tsp of homemade Kahlua, and use the frother just until blended.

It is amazing this way!

When brewing is complete, stir to combine.

Gently pour frothed cream into the coffee.

Top off with drizzled butterscotch!

Sprinkle with crushed toffee pieces.

You could even drizzle a thin layer of chocolate syrup.

Sometimes, I also like to add crushed Heath Bar to the top for a little more flair!
