Dormia Conforma Memory Foam Pillow Review

Dormia is helping me get rest during this chaotic season. It’s not an easy thing. I’m a Pillow Princess. Growing up, I slept with a down pillow. That pillow followed me into my marriage and stayed with me through kiddo after kiddo until it was just a flat casing. Then I had to search for a new pillow.

I tried down pillows, but they didn’t compare to my original. The tips would poke me in the face and head, and I couldn’t get comfortable.

At my husband’s advice, I tried the poly-fill. I wouldn’t say I liked how they felt. I could hear the friction between my head and it.

My dad bought me a Sleep-Number Memory Foam. I am a belly sleeper, and the ridges didn’t work right for my sleeping style.

I bought a Temper-pedic memory foam, but the set bumps again didn’t work for me, plus it felt icky inside the pillowcase.

A week ago, I received a Dormia pillow. They manufacture foam mattresses and pillows. I unzipped the bag of the Dormia Comforma Memory Foam Pillow, and I loved the luxurious feel of the washable cover. It is plush.

Tucked inside a pillowcase, I hugged it. Why not? It’s what’s going to happen in my sleep. Unlike the other memory foam pillows I owned, the Dormia felt like a pillow. It let me squeeze. It was soft, sort of like that favorite down pillow I once was crushin’.

As I read about the Dormia pillow, I learned that Dormia uses a Visco Elastic Memory Foam. It has a quick recovery and slowly and automatically adjusts to your body’s weight and temperature. It’s the same foam used to cushion, protect and comfort patients in burn and intensive care units. I’m telling you, it’s Alien Technology!

Okay, so it passed the Hug Test. Now we just had to sleep on it.

I laid on it and loved how it conformed to my head and neck. Sometimes I lay with just the tip of my head on the pillow; other times, I’m a whole shoulder-in kind of gal! It made no difference; the Dormia supported me; it worked with me. It was like having a personal butler fluffing my pillow all night long!

Here are some things about Dormia I love, and I think you might too:

  • Excellent Sleep cover employs thermal regulation technology that adapts to your body to moderate temperature so you can sleep more soundly.
  • Visco Elastic Memory Foam is temperature sensitive for cooling comfort. Additionally, Memory Foam is hypo-allergenic and dust mite resistant.
  • Keeps Spine in Proper Alignment: Memory Foam Pillow creates the perfect support for your head, neck, and shoulders.
  • Great for all Sleepers
  • Medium Support
  • Cooling Thermal Regulation Technology: Adapts to your body to moderate temperature so you can sleep more soundly
