- 1 pound Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Cooking Spray

Drizzle one Tablespoon Olive Oil over the prepared Brussels Sprouts.
Sprinkle one teaspoon of salt over the Brussels Sprouts
Sprinkle the 1/8-teaspoon ground black pepper over the Brussels Sprouts.
Stir the Brussels Sprouts to coat with the oil and seasonings.
Now, add the trivet to the stainless steel pot inside the electric pressure cooker.
Place the mesh basket on top of the trivet.
Spray the mesh basket with non-stick cooking spray.
Add the seasoned Brussels Sprouts to the mesh basket.
Place the CrispLid on the electric pressure cooker.
Set the temperature at 400-degrees Fahrenheit and the timer for 15 minutes.
When the timer goes off, remove the CrispLid and place on the silicone trivet.
