How Does An Air-Fryer Work?
Think of an air fryer as a miniature convection oven.
It cooks by continuously circulating hot air around the food, in this case, the fresh Brussels sprouts, allowing it to get crispy, without submerging in oil.
It makes food crispy in less time than traditional deep fryers.
Cooking times may vary from air fryer to air fryer.
Crispy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts Tips:
Cooking times will definitely vary depending on the size of brussels sprouts.
For small to medium brussels sprouts, cut them in half.
Cut them into thirds if they’re larger to ensure the best crispiness!
