For small to medium brussels sprouts, cut them in half.

Cut them into thirds if they’re larger to ensure the best crispiness!

1 pound Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and halved

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Air Fried Crispy Brussels Sprouts Recipe Directions:

 

Remove outer leaves, or only the loose leaves (it’s up to you) from Brussels sprouts.

Place trimmed and halved brussels sprouts in a small bowl.

Drizzle one Tablespoon Olive Oil over the prepared Brussels Sprouts.

Sprinkle one teaspoon of salt over the Brussels Sprouts

Sprinkle the 1/8-teaspoon ground black pepper over the Brussels Sprouts.

Stir the Brussels Sprouts to coat with the oil and seasonings.

Now, add the trivet to the stainless steel pot inside the electric pressure cooker.

Place the mesh air fryer basket on top of the trivet.

Add the seasoned Brussels Sprouts to the mesh basket and arrange in a single layer.

Place the CrispLid on the electric pressure cooker.

Set the temperature at 400-degrees Fahrenheit and the timer for 15 minutes.

When the timer goes off, remove the CrispLid and place it on the silicone trivet.

Move Brussels Sprouts to a serving platter and enjoy this healthy side dish immediately.

For extra flavor, you can try balsamic vinegar drizzled over crispy sprouts.

For cheesy Brussel sprouts, sprinkle warm Brussels sprouts with 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese.

Store any left over Brussels sprouts in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.

To make into a main meal:

While the air fryer is making crispy sprouts,

Place 1 piece of uncooked bacon in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

Allow cooking to desired crispiness.

Remove bacon when done.

In bacon grease, add one egg and allow to cook until the yolk is to desired preference.

Once you have your air-fried Brussels sprouts done, place them on a plate, crumble bacon over them and top with the fried egg.

Store any left over Brussels sprouts in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
