Weight Watchers Sweet Baked Goods Review

My life seems to revolve around my weight. I thought I had it under control, then I entered the decade of 40, and it’s like starting over. My resolution this year was more to eat wisely than to lose weight. Perhaps it’s a play on words, but to me, it signifies a better lifestyle and one that gives me options.

Weight Watchers Muffins-Mommy's Memorandum

Weight Watchers Muffins–Mmmmm!

Come night time; my husband goes into snack eating over-drive. I’m not gonna lie. It’s hard to fight the cravings when the bags are rustling, and I can hear the crunching or see the deliciousness. Weight Watchers has my back, keeping hunger pangs away and deliciousness on the table with the Weight Watchers Sweet Baked Goods!

Individually Wrapped for amazing freshness!

Individually Wrapped for amazing freshness!

They may be from Weight Watchers but don’t let that lead you to believe they aren’t amazingly delicious! This week I’ve been feasting on Double Chocolate Muffins with real chocolate chips and sugar crystals on top (they’re my favorite). I loved them out of the wrapper and heated in the microwave for ten seconds really makes my belly happy!  With just 160 calories, a PointsPlus value of 4 and a filling 6 grams of fiber, this quick treat satisfies taste buds and hunger pangs at any time of day

One morning I deviated and tried the Weight Watchers Blueberry Muffins. The extra wild blueberries were bites of juicy flavor that made me “mmm” out loud! Coarse sugar crystals are the topping; there’s a little crunch in every bite! They are SO good. I’m eating them and not feeling guilty with 5 grams of fiber, just 160 calories and a PointsPlus value of 4, it’s a snack I can reach for any time.

Suddenly I’m craving something I feel good about eating.

Individually Wrapped for amazing freshness! Moist and Sinfully Delicious

Moist and Sinfully Delicious

Both the Weight Watchers Blueberry and Double Chocolate Muffins are satisfying and I think they taste better than the ones I’ve been buying at the bakery. They are moist and decadent in their flavor.

I’ll be keeping these on hand to save me calories without sacrificing taste!
