Tea’s Tea Mango Oolong and Green Tea Review

I am working on giving up soda. It’s my addiction. Some days are better than others. The summer is going well because I’ve rediscovered my Southern roots and tea. One of my favorites is  Teas’ Tea Mango Oolong. Mango. It’s delicious and refreshing.

At The North American Tea Championship, Tea’s Tea Mango Oolong received a rating of 92 points in the Oolong Tea category, the highest rating of any tea in the Iced Tea Class. It’s that impressive!

I wasn’t familiar with Oolong tea. Turns out it’s not well represented in the Us Market. The benefits of Oolong are impressive and well documented. Let’s focus on  the top three benefits:
1. Antioxidants – rich in antioxidants that fight free radicals found in everything we eat, the sun, the environment, which causes degeneration of skin, our health, even cancer.
2. Weightloss – scientific studies have found that it does so by increasing metabolism, burning fat and blocking dietary fat absorption.
3. Promote Heart Health – drinking Oolong has shown to reduce cholesterol, increases plasma adiponectin levels.

Those are three things I’m working on adding to my diet.

I enjoy the flavor of tea and Oolong is a mild tea delicately enhanced with the mango. It could be described as juicy. Though nowhere near as sweet as Southern Tea it was perfect. Just enough sweetness to bring out the flavors.

With such success in my first experience with  Teas’ Tea the next flavor I tried was Pure Green Tea. It is an unsweetened tea. I instantly was impressed by how smooth this tea is. It was delicate and still had the green tea flavor.
