How to Make Sweet & Salty Popcorn Bark 

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper, so it overhangs the edges.
  2. Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of barely simmering water, occasionally stirring, until melted.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Reserve ½ cup melted chocolate for drizzling.
  5. Pour the remaining chocolate onto a prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
  6. Top evenly with popcorn, dried cherries and toffee bits.
  7. Drizzle reserved chocolate on top.
  8. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until the chocolate is set.
  9. Remove from the pan and peel off the parchment paper.
  10. Break into pieces.
  11. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Tips:

– Use at least a 70% dark chocolate for best results.

– Finish the bark by sprinkling with a 1/2 tsp sea salt, if desired.

  • 4 cups of G.H. Cretors Organic Simply Salted Popcorn
  • 1 lb. dark chocolate
  • ¼ cup toffee bits
  • ½ cup dried cherries

Instructions

  1. Line a 9x13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper, so it overhangs the edges. Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of barely simmering water, occasionally stirring, until melted. Remove from heat. Reserve 1/2 cup melted chocolate for drizzling.
