Review: My First Juice-Kids Can Get Their Veggies

Last summer we ran across a juice that my children love and I didn’t have issues about due to high sugar content–First Juice. It’s a healthier juice that is organic and 100 percent fruit and vegetables. My kiddos love the sport container and I love the low sugar.

We’ve discovered four fabulous flavors and my kiddos like them all! Their favorite is the Banana Carrot and my daughter is bonkers for the Peach Carrot flavor. Their least favorite is the Blueberry Purple Carrot, though it’s not anything they will necessarily turn down. There is also an Apple Carrot that gets raves around here.

I appreciate First Juice taking a stand and creating a juice that is lower in sugar than regular juices. First Juice has 12g of sugar per 8 ounces fluid serving compared to 27g of sugar per 8 ounces fluid serving in traditional 100 percent apple juice. Want to know First Juice’s secret? It’s the added veggies. By adding vegetables, First Juice is able to lower sugars without adding water. Pretty amazing! You can read more about the sugar comparison on the First Juice site.

Isn’t that awesome, a way to get your kiddos to get their vegetables without the fight?!

While First Juice comes in two sizes my family prefers the 8-ounce on-the-go variety over the 32-ounce economy size. We save the sports bottles from them and I fill the water. They are convenient grab-and-go thirst busters. The best part about them is the bottles are BPA and Phthalate Free.

First Juice is available online and on Amazon, or use their store locator to find a retailer in your area. As an added benefit, from time to time, First Juice offers coupons. You find them when they are available by looking in the Buy It tab on their website! For more information visit the First Juice website.

I received First Juice from the sponsor in order to facilitate an honest review. No other compensation was received. The opinions are my own and were in no way influenced by the sponsor. Other’s experiences may vary.
