Recipe: Rainbow Clusters

Rainbow Clusters

Ingredients:

3 cups Fruit Loops

3 cups Chinese Noodles OR Fiber One Cereal

3 cups colored mini-marshmallows

1.5-2 cups cashews

2 bags white chocolate chips

Directions:

Combine fruit loops, noodles/fiber one, marshmallows, and cashews in a large mixing bowl.

Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave or in a double boiler. (Do not over cook)

Pour chocolate over the cereal mixture and stir to coat cereal evenly.

Drop by heaping tablespoon onto waxed paper and allow to cool.
