Members Mark 4X Probiotic #digestivehealth Challenge

Being so close to my grandmother has made me realize that there’s a lot a body goes through in the aging process. I’m not going to lie. There have been moments in the doctor’s office with her where I have had to pick my job up and say, “What? This really may happen to me?”

For the past two years I have read about probiotics. I’ve tried to get a better grip on digestive health. I figure if I get a jumpstart on my insides, 40 years from now I’ll be a rockstar. I’ve been given the opportunity to try Member’s Mark 4X Probiotic formula, available at Sam’s Club  this  probiotic blend contains recommended beneficial bacteria (Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, & Bifidobacterium bifidum).

The reality is that 80 percent of our immune system is regulated through our stomach*. There’s a fragile ecosystem in there with 60 trillion bacteria maintaining a balance between the “good” and “bad”.

The use of probiotics has been known to increase the immune system to protect against colds and flu. They help the body absorb nutrients. They also help combat symptoms caused by digestive issues like fatigue, constipation, and concentration.

I’m four days into taking the Members Mark 4X  Probiotic. There is already a noticeable difference. My stomach has been so bloated that I actually looked like I was eight months pregnant. In the four days I’ve been taking Members Mark 4X Probiotic, my stomach has returned to my normal look.

Also, I am not a “regular” mover. The past four days have changed that! I eat and I discard the waste. It’s a beautiful thing!

As my insides find balance, I’ll be noting the journey and revisit this topic in two weeks to let you know how I feel about the probiotics.
