After-School Apple Wedge Nachos Recipe

My kiddos come home from school and they are hungry.

It’s a time of the day that’s too early for dinner and yet close enough to dinner that I don’t want to fill their bellies too full and spoil their appetite. One of their favorite after-school snacks is this After-School Apple Wedge Nachos recipe. It’s so easy to make they can make it on their own.

It comes together quickly so there isn’t too many “I’m Hungry!” grumbles.

It also tastes fantastic.

So great that they make it sometimes after dinner when they are playing board games or watching television.
