Mmm. Coffee. I like it black. I like it with cream. I love it with homemade Kahlua. In the winter I like it hot. In the summer I like it brewed over ice.
Tonight, I made a delicious cup of Toffee Coffee.
It is decadent. It is rich. It is sweet and joyful. It’s too easy!
I’m ready to make a second cup of this goodness.
It’s too easy with the Ninja Coffee Bar Brewing System.

This recipe is from the Ninja Coffee Bar website, but I have added some of my favorite revisions.
Too Good Toffee Coffee Recipe Ingredients
1 tablespoon butterscotch or caramel sauce
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup heavy cream

Brew: RichFollowing the measurement provided, place the ground coffee in the brew basket.Place butterscotch or caramel sauce, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt into a mug; set mug in place to brew. Select the Cup size; press the Rich Brew button.While coffee is brewing, place cream into a large mug.
Microwave cream for 30 to 45 seconds. Froth for 30 seconds according to frothing instructions in the Owner’s Guide.

I also like not to heat the heavy cream and just froth it until it is thick (not quite whipped cream), add 2 tsp of homemade Kahlua and use the frother just until blended. It is amazing this way!
When brewing is complete, stir to combine.
Gently pour frothed cream into coffee.
Top off with drizzled butterscotch!
Sometimes, I also like to add crushed Heath Bar to the top for a little more flair!
