The Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler Review

By now you know the buzz is all about The Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler. I’m not going to fib; I was doubtful when I saw it for the first time in my hands. Let’s face it, I have two 13-gallon garbage cans in my kitchen (one for trash and the other for recycling). The 13-gallon recyle bin fills up fast, but it takes up space, and I am not down with that!

So The Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler arrived, and I laughed out loud at it.

Puny li’l thing, I snorted!

I’ve been wrong before, so I set it up–it actually fits perfectly on the side of my baker’s rack–WOOT! It was easy to set up, and I was impressed by how sturdy it is. It’s made from a reinforced canvas-type fabric that isn’t an eye-soar. Its set-up is unique, with a “flap” that goes over the frame and has a built-in frame.

It is set up easily, and we put it to use. I could not believe how much The Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler holds! Holy milk jugs! It just kept taking school papers, junk mail, cartons, and more. It easily held what we crammed into it. When it came time to take it out to the recycle can outside, it was a piece of cake! Easy as can be.

As I have been in each room of my house, I see ways this could be used beyond a recycle bin. It would make a great laundry hamper or storage for extra toilet paper in the bathroom. It would be great on a garden cart for tools or weeds.  It would also be perfect near a bed for slippers, blankets, and more.

I’ve never loved the trash can so much!

Get one for Mom and fill it with her favorite things. She’ll thank you. I promise!

Final Thoughts:

I think we should all take more efforts to recycle in our world, starting with my home, including myself!

The Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler is a great place to stop, making recycling convenient.
