Review: Shed 5 Fast

Lindsay Brin’s Shed 5 Fast Keeps You Motivated!

It’s no secret how I gained weight. It’s also no secret that I’m not particularly eager to exercise. I can make up any excuse: It’s hard to find the time; it’s not something I like. I don’t enjoy it. If I break a sweat, I become a wimp–it’s gross. Then along comes, Lindsay Brinn with her Shed 5 Fast, and for the first time in a long time, I’m not sedentary! It’s fun!

Lindsay Brin is the Mom behind the Moms into Fitness DVDs leading the viewer (and hopefully participant) through the various exercises. You may recognize her name from her other exercise DVDs: Core Firing Sequence Method, Core Fitness for Moms, and Dance Jam!

I’m not going to lie. It took a day or two for me even to consider putting it in the DVD Player. My kiddos finally made me do it, and together, we worked out with Lindsay Brin. The Shed 5 Fast was a quick-paced fun 30-minutes of workout. I was able to catch on to the coordination and movements without difficulty, and while I broke a sweat, it was too much fun to stop!

I love this workout because it’s fast-paced, it’s energetic, and has some great music. It also has some new workout movements that I’ve never done, rather than the same old same old. Lindsay has a great attitude and lots of energy to keep you motivated.

This video will show you how to fire up your core and find that flat stomach again.

As a bonus, after three weeks (recommended) of the first workout, Shed 5 Fast has a second workout. That’s a great goal, and I love that I have a new plan to look forward to when I start to lose interest.

Shed 5 Fast works by boosting your metabolism and claims that you will lose five pounds in the first three weeks! Obviously, it doesn’t work unless you commit to doing it.

You’ll find the DVD with a suggested retail price of $15.99.  You can save 20% by entering the code: DVD20 at checkout!

Lindsay Brin also has a companion or use-alone website called Moms Into Fitness. Here are healthy and quick recipes, maternity clothing, and Lindsay’s personal blog, where she shares her own personal trials, tips, and more.

One of the things I really appreciate is Lindsay Brin is a mother to two. She’s been there. She knows what that little tenant does for nine months to a body. I wish I’d known about her when I was trying to lose the baby weight! I can relate to her and be inspired, and that’s a great motivator.

This is a Mama Buzz Post. I received the Shed 5 Fast DVD as compensation for this post. No other compensation was received. The opinions are my own and were in no way influenced by the sponsor. Others’ experiences may vary.
