Lowes is where my husband shops, and now with their Red Toolbox line, Li’l Man is getting a dose of man-tools pint-sized just for him. Move over Tim “the Toolman” Taylor, Li’l Man’s throwing out the plastic tools and moving into some new skills.
Lowe’s Red Toolbox line is awesome because it gives children the opportunity to do what they do best: explore and create while at the same time learning woodworking projects and bringing in some quality time! It’s a great innovation, and I love it!
My husband was impressed with the variety of Lowe’s Red Toolbox, from workbenches, hand tools, and cordless drills to project kits. It’s a man’s manna with hammers, tool belts, saw and tape measures to clamps, safety goggles, and beyond. They’re all designed to look like the big guy tools but developed for smaller hands, so control and skill are far better!
We attend the Lowes Building Workshops, and they bring great joy to my children. Now, we can have that quality time in our own home with the Lowes Red Toolbox Project Kits. Whether your child is a beginner, advanced, or falls somewhere in between as a project do-er, you’ll find some fun projects. Ranging from Game Kits to Bird House, the possibilities are waiting. Each level increases in complexity, so there is a challenge ready for your child.
There’s the Bird Feeder. It’s a Beginner Level project.
It evolves into the Intermediate Bird Feeder.
There’s advanced fun in the Catapult.
Invite these Christmas Caroler’s to your house this season for your beginner and watch the fun as you crank the handle for music and the wooden penguins move up and down.
There are tool kits that will delight. The 10-piece Tool Kit includes Tool Belt, 3M/10′ Measuring Tape, two screwdrivers, 2″x2″ Clamps, file, saw, fret saw, and hammer. All the tools are ergonomically designed for a child’s grip! It has a manufacturer’s retail price of just $19.99.
Have Dad drooling with envy with Signature Red Toolbox Work Bench. It features a multi-purpose work console, a large impact-resistant work surface with an integrated vise, and adjustable height. It can be easily folded and stored without the need to dismantle tools. Everything is pre-drilled, pre-cut, and ready for assembly. It’s handsome at just $69.98.
We love this line as it nurtures a life skill and gets Li’l Man out from in front of the television and video games. It fosters imagination and gives him the satisfaction that he is awesome with tools!
