Crane Cool Mist Adorable Animal Humidifier Review

Crane Cool Mist Humidifier Review

It’s no secret we live in the desert. The air is dry takes its toll on our nasal passages. Our skin requires large doses of moisturizer, our lips chap and crack and when allergies arrive, our house is swollen eyes and running noses!

We’ve found a solution to everything above, with the exception of living in the desert…Crane Humidifiers. These are not the aqua-green, mildew infested tanks we grew up with, Crane makes adorable humidifiers, shaped like kid’s favorite animals.

We were sent the Cool Mist Cow Humidifier for our review. Out of the box, it is stinkin’ cute!

I was really impressed by how easy the Crane Humidifier is to fill. The part beneath the cow’s head is the tank. The Crane Humidifier fills from the bottom. I just unscrewed the cap and then filled with filter water–it’s not required you use filtered water, but we have extremely hard water.

Once the tank is filled, I simply replaced the cap and put the tank in position.

I added the cow’s head–we’re lovin’ his cuteness!

Then I turned the dial to “on”. A green light lets you know the Crane Humidifier is “on”. Within seconds steam came out of his ears. There were giggles galore from the kiddos. This Crane Humidifier is capable of releasing up to 2.1 gallons of moisture every day. Its design includes an automatic shut off feature once the water tank is empty. A one-gallon water tank from the Crane humidifier runs quietly for up to 11 hours of use.

I held my hand over the steam to check it’s safety and was very impressed that it was cool steam. I don’t have to worry about my curious child being burned. The Crane Humidifier produces cool mist. Crane is an Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier that generates a cool mist by a thin film of water passing over a rapidly vibrating transducer. The vibration breaks the water up into tiny droplets and propels them out into the air, increasing the humidity level with very little noise. The humidifier is virtually silent.

There’s no need to worry about the use of the Crane Humidifier propelling our electric bill as it uses less electricity than a standard light bulb. This allows us to run the humidifier all day and all night.

With the Crane Humidifier, I know I am doing my part in helping prevent my children from contracting the common illnesses derived from allergens and symptoms of colds, flu, and cough caused by bacteria, allergens, and viruses. Since we have been using the Crane Cow Cool Mist Humidifier, we have been relieved from symptoms of sinus irritation, nasal congestion, itchy eyes, and nose and our skin and lips are supple. Our air is well moisturized and filtered from the desert’s common irritants.

Our life is no longer interrupted by sneezing, dry coughs, or chapped lips. Our air is comfortable and not that bogged down muggy air the retro-humidifiers created.  The Crane Cool Mist Cow Humidifier is a pleasant guest in our home that keeps our air cool, moist, and free from allergens and viruses.

Crane Cool Mist Humidifiers come in a huge selection of adorable critters that transform your space into some serious fun. From the Cow to a frog, a dog, a duck, a polar bear, and more, there’s an adorable animal just for you.

The Crane Adorable Cool Mist Humidifiers have a manufactured suggested retail price of $45.99 and can be purchased through select retailers nationwide (we’ve seen them at Target) or purchase directly through the Crane Website.

Crane also offers air purifiers, heaters, and accessories.
