I’ve come to accept that there is no magic pill for losing weight, however, Breathslim makes exercising as easy as breathing. Since my Aunt was diagnosed with cancer I’ve put on 30 pounds. It’s disgusting. So when the Breathslim arrived, I thought, “I got only weight to lose.”

The product claims that by doing breathing exercises each evening for 20-minutes one will lose weight.

The kit comes with a DVD that shows how to effectively do the exercises.

The first night, everyone gathered around the table to see what Mom was going to do with this device.

I read the instructions and watched the DVD. I set everything up and then I began the breathing exercises.

I made the mistake of believing that this was going to be a cakewalk.

Turns out, the BreathSlim is a lot more difficult than I anticipated.

There was great resistance.

It took me a week to build-up to the recommended 20-minutes.

This is not to say that in that week I didn’t notice a difference.

The second week I lost .80 pounds.

Again, I didn’t change my eating habits.

I didn’t do anything out of my ordinary routine.

Overall, I have to say that I was skeptical at first that breathing could result in weight loss.

Aside from the weight loss, my lung capacity and sleep have improved.
