BackJoy: Sit Down and Relax Review

Since having my last child, my lower back has experienced pain. It doesn’t help that I often sit (to blog) and have extra “fluff.” Some days are worse than others. Usually, when I have been seated for an extended period of time, I developed sharp pains and stiffness. It sometimes moves into my hips: my back experiences strain, discomfort, and sometimes severe pain. I’ve been using BackJoy, a back orthotic cradling system that is patented and helps improve posture while providing comfort.

When I first received BackJoy, I placed it on my chair.

I have to be honest and say. Initially, I did not like BackJoy. I am a creature of habit, and it made my chair feel “different.” I felt my buttocks didn’t fit, and no one liked that feeling. I continued using the BackJoy, and now, I love it. It offers support and eases my shoulder and back pain.

Here is why I love the BackJoy:

A cushion made from APS Technology and Advanced Core Materials encourages posture and engages core muscles. It is impact absorbing and is lightweight and easily portable, so I can move it to fit into my lifestyle.

It took some getting used to, but I am really glad I stuck it out. The BackJoy moves with me and keeps my back aligned to relieve pain and pressure, leaving me feeling great!
