TIIGA Hydration Like Nature Intended

Move over Gatorade; there’s a new hydration drink in town, and it’s as nature intended, not created in a lab. Meet TIIGA.

As a society, we are told to stay hydrated.

A Little About Hydration:

Water:

Drink water.

We chug it.

We always have it within reach.

We have to stay hydrated.

Repeat.

Sodium:

We sweat.

If you’ve ever mistakenly tasted sweat, it’s salty.

Your body sweats as a way of maintaining a healthy weight and blood pressure.

Sweating is your body’s process of salt removal.

Your salt loss increases the more intense your exercise is.

We also follow 1980s advice and try and limit our salt intake, but did you know roughly 85% of Americans get their sodium from less than ideal sources of processed foods and eating out.

Sodium is a necessary part of our body’s needs. Without it, the body may experience muscle cramps, dizziness, nausea, and vomiting.

Sodium is a critical electrolyte that helps deliver water to your body’s cells along with potassium and chloride.

Drinking too much water will stop your brain from secreting antidiuretic hormone (ADH), and you pee out the excess.

If you take in too much sodium, the excess sodium goes out through urine.

Our body is an amazing machine.

It knows what it needs to perform at its best.

Electrolytes:

We’ve established water is only half of the equation.

The other half, for hydration, is electrolytes.

This is why athletes drink hydration drinks.

It’s not just athletes who can become dehydrated.

You shouldn’t believe the myth, “You’re not dehydrated until you’re thirsty.”

You can be dehydrated long before you’re thirsty.

In layman’s terms, Drink electrolyte water.

This is where TIIGA Baobab Electrolyte Drink Mix comes in.

It offers hydration, immune support, and gut health in one 16 ounce glass.

Made with natural ingredients, Tiiga is made with unprocessed baobab, electrolytes, and B Vitamins that transform a superfruit into a healthy hydration super drink.

Our Thoughts on TIIGA:

TIIGA sent the Orange Mango and the Raspberry Lemonade.

I LOVE Raspberry Lemonade, but I’m picky because a lot of times, it has a chemical aftertaste.

I did not find that true with TIIGA Raspberry Lemonade.

The Orange Mango has a citrus taste that is very tasty.

TIIGA is a powdered drink mix, so it requires it to be shaken up to incorporate fully into the water.

There is a texture, that may be the fiber, that I didn’t mind if I gave my drink a “shake” before drinking.

The texture isn’t terrible, more subtle.

The flavors are refreshing, and sometimes I use a little less water, and some days I add a little more water.

I know my diet is not good.

I feel the sugar highs and lows often throughout the day.

I have noticed since adding TIIGA to my morning routine; my days aren’t such a roller coaster.

They are more even, and I feel MUCH better.

I am not a fan of the usual electrolyte drinks, but I find TIIGA to work quickly and provides a noticeable difference in my body.

Why Choose TIIGA:

TIIGA offers two times the electrolytes of an average sports drink.

TIIGA provides fiber, 3 grams of Gluten-Free fiber.

TIIGA aids in digestive discomfort with prebiotics for digestive health.

33-percent of people have high blood sugar levels (pre-diabetic), TIIGA has only 5 grams of NATURAL sugar.

Whether you’re active or just want to feel better, TIIGA Nature’s Hydration Baobab Electrolyte Drink Mix is worth trying.
