Spice Girls to Savvy Mommas Making a Statement with Born Free

It’s amazing to me how life unfolds. In the late 1990s my second oldest child was telling me about The Spice Girls. His favorite was Baby Spice. At night, when Dad headed off for work, the kiddos and I would close the blinds and dance our pants off to Viva Forever and Wannabe.

Now a decade later, three-fifth of the Spice Girls are getting ready to welcome new additions into their families. The headlines are buzzing with baby bumps on Victoria Beckham, expecting their fourth child, Emma Bunton and her husband, Jade Jones, are expecting their second child and the latest announcement comes from Melanie Brown!

Recently, Mel B was seen with her three year old daughter, Angel, daughter of Eddie Murphy. Little Angel was sporting the Born Free brand after leaving a salon.

We’ve come to know Mel B for her exercise savvy videos and the Born Free Straw Cup shows she’s making choices for her daugher, Angel, that are earth friendly. The Born Free Twist N Pop  is designed for children 12 months and older and textured for easy grip.

Li’l Man recently received a yellow Born Free Twist N Pop and we love that it truly is a drink cup on the go. It has a hygienic twist top that tucks the straw down when not in use making it virtually spill proof. It’s the perfect size for growing hands and compliments a child’s drink choice! It’s a great investment at just $7.99, making traveling or around the house an eco-friendly way to hydrate.

I would say that is a resounding applause to the “Born Free” brand.

Mel B. knows it’s not just about Mother Eart, but  it’s also about awareness and how products influence not only our environment, but our bodies. Born Free is a company that is a leader in this movement. I’m not using the term “leader” loosely either, BornFree was the very first BPA-free baby products. When the BPA news first broke, Born Free baby bottles were the ONLY ones allowed on shelves in the US for two weeks.

In addition, BornFree™’s cups and bottles feature the unique BornFree™ venting system, designed to reduce colic and ear infections.
