The Slim & Beautiful Diet Review

Dr. Aaron Tabor’s Slim & Beautiful Diet is a doctor-developed, clinically tested diet that lowers your daily calorie intake while burning more calories with physical activity.

The 7-Piece Sampler Kit includes:

  • 2 protein bars (chocolate peanut butter and yogurt almond)
  • 2 protein shakes (chocolate and vanilla)
  • 3 bags of Crispy Lace Non-Naughty Nibbles (BBQ, salted and cheddar)

I tried the shakes and thought they were absolutely delicious. They are also high in protein and have 3 grams of fiber to keep you full. They are gluten and trans fat free with less than 2 grams of total fat. I thought they were very satisfying and had a creamy texture.

The protein bars are huge and contain 20 grams of milk protein. There’s also a whopping 300 milligrams of calcium per bar. Like the shakes the protein bars are also gluten and trans-fat-free with a low-glycemic index to avoid causing those sugar spikes.

I’m not a fan of crackers, but the Crispy Lace Naught Nibbles are baked snacks and have just 100 calories and 7 grams of protein.

I love that everything is prepackaged. There is no guesswork, and it’s convenient for on-the-go.

The program recommends a protein shake in the morning with a piece of fruit. The Crispy Lace Non-Naughty Nibbles as a morning snack is followed by a protein bar and crunchy non-naughty nibbles snack for lunch. A piece of fruit for late afternoon snacking, followed by a hot entree with two steamed veggies for dinner and a bowl of frozen fruit medley for an evening snack.

The diet recommends as much calorie-free fluids as desired throughout the diet.

Like all diets, exercise is important and suggested as a 30-45 minutes walk six times per week.
