Seneca Farms Oatmeal and Fruit Makes Breakfast Delicious

How much thought do you put into breakfast? I read a Children’s Nutritional Survey study recently conducted by Seneca Farms that disclosed while the majority of U.S. adults say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, nearly half (45%) say the primary reason they don’t eat breakfast is lack of time.

From the survey:

The survey of 4,349 adults ages 18 and older, including 486 mothers, was conducted online in February by Harris Interactive and indicated that:

67 percent of adults who ever regularly skip breakfast agree that breakfast is the most important meal of the day

Nearly 60 percent of U.S. moms admit their child skips breakfast

More than half of U.S. moms wish their child ate a more nutritious breakfast

48 percent of American women say they’re either too tired or don’t have enough time to eat breakfast

Wow! I’m a believer in breakfast and insist my children start their day with it. Sometimes I break out elaborate, but most of the time, I’m looking for the best possible nutrition available on short notice. Now, I’ve learned about Seneca Farms Oatmeal & Fruit, and it’s making my mornings beautiful! Ready in just 45 seconds in the microwave, it requires no milk or water, and it has real fruit chunks!

When served with a glass of milk and a side of fruit, it’s a healthy breakfast that doesn’t require effort or time and tastes great!
