EO Grapefruit and Mint Review

A Luxurious Healthy Clean

A bath or shower is a luxury for me. If I lock the door it’s dedicated ME time. For the past month or so I have been using products by EO; their slogan is Love Life. Live Clean. EO Products are natural and I’ve really been enjoying the opportunity to review these.

EO has some unique fragrances in its line. My first choice to share with you is the Grapefruit and Mint. I tried this scent in the Shower Gel and Soothing Body Lotion.

EO® Grapefruit & Mint Shower Gel: This shower gel was refreshing, and I found it easily lathered for a gentle clean. Made with pure essential oils and organic herbal blends, this shower gel gave my skin some moisture leaving it without the usual itch I experience in the summer.

My six-year-old has dubbed this her favorite. She loves the smell and begs to use it every chance she can.

This bottle has some natural goodness: Cold-pressed Grapefruit and Peppermint Essentials Oils, Vegetable Glycerin, Allantoin, Plant Panthenol (Vitamin B), Organic Calendula, Chamomile, and White Tea botanicals, Rich Rice Proteins, Biodegradable coconut cleansing complex and Vitamin A.

All in all, I love how the EO Grapefruit and Mint Shower Gel. It refreshed me with its light and subtle smell that doesn’t overpower. My skin’s dry patches have improved, and I love that it takes so little for a rich, luxurious lather. It retails for $12.99 for a 16-ounce bottle of goodness!

I was also sent the Grapefruit and Mint Shower Gel to complement the EO Grapefruit and Mint everyday Body Lotion. I’m picky when it comes to lotion. I don’t like to feel like I’ve been slimed. No worries with EO. This lotion is thick it’s insanely creamy, goes on, and leaves me feeling silky and oh my, it smells divine! Who knew an 8 oz bottle could hold so much deliciousness! A little goes a long, long way. It retails for $8.99 per eight-ounce bottle of heaven.

I love EO products. They contain no SLS, and the shower gel even tackled my husband’s work grime without him feeling coated in “girlie things.”

The EO name stands for Essential Oils and from these potent plant essences, each product is artfully blended to synergistically create the best of what nature has to offer. All the products are free of artificial colorants, fragrances, parabens, sodium Laureth/ lauryl sulfates, and harsh synthetic ingredients. It’s sheer goodness!

Just in time for the holidays, EO is debuting two new Limited Edition Hand Soaps and a Luxury Bath Gift Set ‘Serenity”. EO French Lavender Luxury Bath Gift Set includes a 12oz French Lavender Serenity Bubble Bath and a 22oz French Lavender Serenity Bath Salt, all encased in a beautiful gift box, ready to give. You can scratch the fruit basket off your holiday gift list and replace it with the EO Limited Edition Hand Soaps. They offer the sweet fragrant gift of citrus-like Meyer Lemon and Mandarin. These two fragrances will only be available during the fall and winter of 2010.

I was sent the EO Grapefruit and Mint Shower Gel and Body Lotion from the sponsor in order to facilitate an honest review. No other compensation was received. The opinions are my own and were in no way influenced by the sponsor. Other experience may vary.
