Rashti & Rashti’s Snuggle Buddy Review

The award-winning Snuggle Buddy is perfect for today’s stylish moms and their little ones.  When we received two of these in our Pregnancy 2.0 party pack sponsored by MomSelect, Britax, and Pregnancy 2.0, my three-year-old MES squealed with delight and held fast to the cutest little monkey you ever have seen.  She thinks he is the softest, bestest toy that her baby sister will ever have.  Even Ballerina, age 8, can’t resist picking up the monkey and rubbing her cheek with his plush fur and silk security blanket.

Of course, this isn’t meant to discount the super-soft Pink Kooky Owl with her bright orange security blanket and pink features.  Her happy colors will surely delight any baby, and I can envision my little squirt sucking on Kooky Owl’s cute green feet.

The go-anywhere, super cute, loveable plush is sure to become the baby’s first best friend.  But beware! babies can become attached, and you many need a backup buddy.  I know this first-hand.  When my Ballerina was a baby, we lost her blanket.  What to do?  We had no idea where it could be and didn’t know how in the world to replace it.  Since then, we have always bought two of whatever the security item will be.  Big Boy never lost a step without his blanket because when I put it in the laundry, I got out the backup.  MESS actually had a bunny Snuggle Buddy and then graduated onto a blanket like her brother.

This adorable friend is the ideal companion for a new baby.  Snuggle Buddy doubles as a security blanket and a toy. It’s interactive and comforting, luxurious blanket with satin trim, and rattle feature. Moms and babies find them fun, endearing, and even addictive.  I can tell that the Snuggle Buddy will be the baby’s best friend.  It is a perfect size for taking in the car seat without a trailing blanket or for MES to play peek-a-boo behind.  I know Little Bit will enjoy the rattle feature and delight in the details of any animals.  The most difficult decision we have is deciding WHICH Snuggle Buddy we will adopt as our baby’s bestest buddy, and which one we will give away to a lucky Mommy at our party on Saturday!

Lauralee Saad loves homeschooling her three kiddos: Ballerina, age 8, Big Boy, age 6, and MESS, age 3.  She enjoys sewing when she can find a spare corner to set up her machine and dig out fabrics, cooking and baking – especially if the kiddos are helping, and enjoying a good book after the kiddos have gone to bed.  She is thrilled to be welcoming a baby girl into the family in March of 2012.
