Popcorn Shrimp Jambalaya Ingredients:

1 (14-oz.) package of andouille sausage, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
1 (10-oz.) package of frozen vegetable seasoning blend
1 (32-oz.) container low sodium, fat-free chicken broth
1 (14.5-oz.) can of fire-roasted diced tomatoes with garlic
2 cups uncooked long-grain rice
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 (20-oz.) package of Popcorn Shrimp
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions

How to Make Popcorn Shrimp Jambalaya:

Cook sausage in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned. Remove sausage with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.

ingredients and sausage. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat to low, and cook for 18 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
