Pebbles Cookie Crisp Recipe

This recipe combines everyone’s love for cookies with the delicious taste of Post Pebbles cereal. We prefer ours with Post Fruity Pebbles, but the Post Cocoa Pebbles are fun too!

Ingredients

1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1 large egg
3 cups Post Fruity or Cocoa Pebbles Cereal

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Beat cake mix, oil, water and egg in large bowl with wooden spoon until well blended.

Add cereal; mix well.

Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 11 minutes or just until cookies begin to brown. Cool on wire racks. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
