Lindsay Brin 60-Day Slim Down Review and Coupon Code

60 Days to a Leaner, Healthier YOU!

I was first introduced to Lindsay Brin through her Shed 5 Fast DVD, and now she helps Moms get their bodies back with her 60-Day Slim Down System. The system is designed to be fun and keep motivation high with four fitness DVDs, a fitness calendar, Progress Tracker and a 3-phase nutritional plan.

Being one who dislikes exercise I took my time reading through the information included. There is a lot of great information, and I learned some simple strategies to keep working out. Then it was time to plug in the DVD. I opted to try the Core Firing Sequence Method first, and I loved it. It was easy to follow, and fun…my Li’l Man even joined me for it. It didn’t feel like a work-out, but the next morning, my abs were a tad sore.

The 60-Day SlimDown system includes my previously reviewed Lindsay’s Shed 5 Fast.  This is a great DVD, and I share this in my Shed 5 Fast review.

The 4 DVDs included are The Core Firing Sequence Method, Post Natal Boot Camp, Shed 5 Fast, and Core Metabolic Jumpstart.

I have done the Core Metabolic Jumpstart twice, and while I still am learning the moves, I find it challenging. There are some moves I aspire to achieve, and others are starting to come more naturally. It gets me sweating, and I love the energy!

Lindsay Brin has an exercise approach that I love. She’s talking to me when I’m working out. She smiles  A LOT, and her energy is contagious. She’s a mom just like me, and therefore she knows the challenges of time. Brin takes care of Moms…her calendar is step-by-step laid out for the user, telling you exactly what to do each day. No more guessing which video, when to tone and when to just give it all a rest.

For those wanting to take it a step further, there’s a day by day menu plan filled with recipes, convenience, and variety to keep it appealing. It’s about real food and taste, complete with fast food options for those days when Mom truly is on-the-go!
Whether you pride yourself on the list making or tend to fly by the seat of your pants, like me, Brin makes it easy to see at a glance the food and workouts throughout 60-days. There are a fitness test and progress tracker that goes beyond entering your weight.

I’ve had the 60-day SlimDown System for less than a week. I can’t report the results of how effective it is long term. What I can share is that it is a great program filled with a lot of options.
Lindsay is her own program’s testimony. Visit Lindsay’s blog and witness her transformation from post-partum to rockin’ shape. Brin has had two babies, four IVF and is currently expecting her third baby. She has a great smile and is easily likable. Her blog also features exercise tips, videos, and pictures for a great visit!
