Basic Bread Recipe:

Mix milk and yeast mixture with 3 cups of flour until it has a spongy consistency.

Let this rise for about 45 minutes until it is all bubbly and twice the size.

Use the dough hook and mix in enough flour to make the dough smooth and elastic.

When you stick your thumb (dipped in flour) into the dough, it should come out clean.

Put this into a greased bowl and cover it.

Let it rise for about 1 1/2 hours until they double in size.

How to Make Bunny Bread Directions:

Once you have the dough made, divide it into 1.5 ounce balls.
Pinch off a small amount of dough from each dough ball and roll it into a ball. This will be your bunny’s tail.
Roll the remaining dough ball into a 12-inch to 14-inch rope.
Bend the dough rope in half, place your thumb in the center of the rope, and twist the rope three times to create the body and ears.
Now, pull the top of the rope (ears) apart.
Place shaped dough on a greased cookie sheet.
