Zac made this recipe last night for dessert and no one was wise to the fact that it was made with tofu! It was creamy and delicious! We were licking the bowl clean.
- 2.5 cups silken tofu
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 small pinch of salt
- Drain the tofu slightly
- Blend the tofu and all other ingredients in a blender.
- Arrange the tofu pudding in dishes and sprinkle the coconut over it.
