Brindille and Twig: Organic Clothing Review

High-quality craftsmanship and over the top comfort should be the motto for Brindille and Twig. I love textiles and when Li’l Man received an organic boy’s hoodie from Brindille and Twig, I don’t know who was more thrilled.

The detail in this one piece of clothing is astounding. Immediately the colors saturated me with warmth. Bold stripes in black and a rich mocha are boyish and still rugged. Add to this color palate a warm beige and  you have one epic looking hoodie.

Once your eyes fall in love with Brindille and Twig, your touch will lag just a tad. The fabric, and organic cotton french terry combined with Cotton Thermal ribbing, is off the grid soft. It’s plush and luxurious!

Need more Wow! the quality is unlike any I’ve ever seen. It’s truly the craftsmanship that built the Vuitton and Armano empire. No detail is undone. Heavy duty zipper that glides with ease whether in my hands or my son’s meat paws. Precise matching of the fabric stripes. A combination of textures that give it both aesthetics and comfort making it a beloved article of clothing for Mom and Boy.

Brindille and Twig‘s owner/creator and master seamstress, Melissa Hendrickson, explains what truly sets them apart:
My goal in making clothing is to have an entirely organic, sustainable process from beginning to end and while it’s difficult, I know it can be done. All the pieces I make have been inspired by a natural setting then shaped by my own unique ideas. Then of course, handmade by me from pattern to end product. Which means I place a lot of attention into every piece creating a unique, quality item that ultimately stands out.

Li’l Man gives me lots of hugs over his “softest shirt” and isn’t shy about his absolute favorite feature of his Organic Boy’s Brindille and Twig’s Hoodie. It requires a slight pull of the string and a very comedic 5-year old to do an imitation of a “turtle”.

Take a look and be confident that the quality is superb. Check back often as I will be hosting a giveaway for an item not yet available through Brindille and Twig!

I received a Boy’s Organic Hoodie in order to facilitate an honest review. No other compensation was received. The opinions, where expressed, are my own and were in no way influenced by the sponsor. Other experiences may vary.
