Makes 12 brownies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg beaten
1 1/2 cup all-flour purpose
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup apples, peeled, cored, chopped
1/2 cups chopped nuts
How to Make Apple Brownies
Grease a 9×9 baking pan.
Preheat oven to 350-degrees
In a large bowl, beat together butter, sugar until fluffy. Stir in Vanilla and egg.
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl.
Add dry mixture to butter and sugar mixture. Stir until well combined.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Spread in prepared baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
Cool.
Cut into 12 squares.
