Utah Foster Care Foundation’s Ninth Annual Chalk Art Festival

 

Remember Bert from Mary Poppins? With a piece of chalk he magically created a window to escape reality and join dancing penguins and prancing carousels. Over the weekend, we attended the Utah Foster Care Foundation’s Ninth Annual Chalk Art Festival, and while Bert, himself, was not there, we did watch the sidewalk transform into murals of marvelous art from professional and amateur artists.

About Julee: Julee Morrison is an experienced author with 35 years of expertise in parenting and recipes.
