Dannon Oikos Creamy Greek Yogurt Review

I wrote this post while participating in a blog tour conducted by Clever Girls on behalf of Dannon. I have been compensated for my time commitment to the program but my opinions are my own.

Dannon Oikos Fruit at the Bottom

I love yogurt. Greek yogurt is especially. Have you heard, Dannon Oikos just launched and if you love Greek yogurt, it’s a great option!

Dannon Oikos is created through an authentic Greek straining process giving it a rich and creamy-thick texture. It is super thick and so creamy it feels like a naughty indulgence! I’m working on eating healthier and Dannon Oikos Plain and Fruit on the Bottom contains zero fat! Shake things up with the Dannon Oikos traditional blended varieties which each contain about three percent fat. Both are excellent sources of protein, twice that of regular lowfat yogurts.

If you’re a calorie counter, count the ways you love Dannon Oikos 0% varieties. They contain active yogurt cultures and range from 80 calories (plain) to 130 calories (Fruit on the bottom) per 5.3 oz. cup.

Dannon Oikos Fruit at the Bottom and granola

While I can eat Dannon Oikos yogurt straight from the cup, I find that it’s the perfect dairy for my granola in the morning. It’s worth waking up for and satisfies me until lunch. I like the fruit on the bottom variety, but the Honey flavored one rocks the granola clusters with a tangy sweetness.

Greek yogurt is one of my favorites and Dannon Oikos is my new brand. It satisfies. It’s rich. It’s creamy. It’s my indulgence.
