Leave Dirt at the Door with The Amazing Mat Review

The weather has been wonky this season. We’ve experienced temperatures in the high 50s, snow, rain, and just grizzly cold. The earth is evidence of frozen tundra turned soggy spring and it all gets tracked in the house. I know Spring is on the horizon, but in the meantime, I’m trying to keep up with dust and the tracks of little Morrisons. It’s a whole lot easier with The Amazing Mat that’s leaving the dirt at the door!

The Amazing Mat is a multi-layered indoor mat constructed with thin, clear, eco-friendly sheets. It uses the same powerful anti-bacterial adhesive as NASA and professional clean rooms where any stray particle of dirt and dust can destroy the germ-free environment. It is simple to use: when the top sheet gets dirty, just peel it away to reveal a new one underneath. The Amazing Mat consists of 30 recyclable sheets, which normally last for three months, depending on traffic.

Trying to keep up with Mother’s Nature’s housekeeping seemed pointless. Mud, dirt, pollen, allergens were all being tracked into our home. I was vacuuming twice a day and still, there was evidence that had me wondering if we even had a front door!  I put The Amazing Mat in the doorway into our house and I can’t help but say, “Take that, Dirt”! It’s also been eye-opening. I knew we tracked dirt in the house, but I didn’t realize just how much!

It even stopped dog poopie from being tracked all over my carpet! Whew! Gotta love such an epic save!

With The Amazing Mat, our entryway looks typical. It appears to be a standard floor mat, however, it is so much more with “sticky” sheets that trap dirt, allergens, and more. I appreciate that it requires no washing, just peel the top sheet to remove the dirt and a new one is ready to take over. The bottom of the mat has a rubbery foundation so it stays put.

With a variety of styles, there’s one for any entry at your house.

Depending on the weather and our entertaining, the sheets are lasting anywhere from one to two weeks before I peel them off. I anticipate as Spring comes into full force, we’ll see a little more use, but it’s worth it because it really works. My floors stay cleaner and it gives me peace of mind when Li’l Man and the critters hit the floor for wrestling and rolling around.

Once the sheets–thirty in all–have been used, it’s easy to order refill sheets. I love that ease!
