I’m not prego, but I love lotion, though I’m particular. This bottle of lotion comes in a pump dispenser. It’s beautiful. I liked this lotion; it wasn’t slimy, but I went to work hydrating. My husband says it has a subtle smell, “like lemon honey.” It seems to protect my skin for hours without the need for reapplication. It’s total pampering from the aesthetics to the product. Retail is $19 for 14.35 ounces.
The next product I received was the Belli Elasticity Belly Oil. Hard to say if this product works.
I’m already a road map of stretch marks from my chest to my knees.
This oil claims to prevent stretchmarks and features Gotu Kola Extract, Vitamin E, and Collagen. I did use it and discovered it is quite moisturizing and left my elbows and knees feeling silky smooth. It has a very spa-like scent and feels luxurious though I cannot commit to saying one way or the other if this product actually prevents stretch marks. Retail is $39 for 4 ounces.
Then I tried the Belli Eye Brightening Cream. I can’t think of a woman who shouldn’t use this. As a mom, I give up sleep. The effects of nearly 21 years of these long nights are starting to show around my eyes. When I am tired, my eyelids and under-eye area turn brown (thanks for the genetics, Mom!) So back to the Belli Eye Whitening. The cream is light and not a heavy, greasy application. It takes just a very small amount and viola, bright eyes! If that wasn’t enough, the blend of ingredients hydrates the thin skin, firms the bags under your eyes, and reduces pigmentation. I”m lovin’ this product. I’m passing on the advice my mother-in-law gave me once, “if you start now, your efforts will pay off when you’re my age.” I wouldn’t say this cream will defy age; however, it does brighten the dark brown circle that I am sometimes left with as a trophy for my lack of sleep. Retail $37 for .85 fluid ounces.
