As we await the return of The Walking Dead, Tada has taken our love (or fear) of the Zombie Apolcolypse as well as other emergency preparedness disasters and gathered some information on just how well-prepared we all are when it comes to disaster threats.
Turns out it’s not Zombies we fear the most. It’s tornadoes, followed by hurricanes and earthquakes. I survived Hurricane Andrew and I can tell you, it was terrifying! The American public is least concerned with Blizzards and floods.
The survey conducted among 5,835 shoppers also revealed we fear nuclear attacks, plane crashes, economic collapse, alien invastions and zombie attacks!
Men and women’s fears differ. Men are worked about meteor strikes, while women are concerned with floods and tornadoes.
When it come sto gathering emergency preparedness supplies, women turn to community centers, local stores and family and friends. Men? They do their emergency prepping online.
