Being on the go is fun. But it doesn’t make it any easier to incorporate a workout session in between. Location keeps changing, which means your time zone also does. So it’s only beneficial to get creative in these moments.

#1 Combine your morning run with sightseeing
Who says you can’t discover the new city you’re in a while also running? Someone who doesn’t like to run maybe! So why not wake up in the early hours of the morning and hit the streets.
The best part about this is that you won’t find too many people on the road. So the experience might be even better. It’s like hitting two birds with a single stone, isn’t it?

Finding yoga studios is no big deal these days. No matter where on the globe you are!
