These Pint-Sized Porkers Will Change Your Family Game Night for the Better! http://wp.me/p1GpT1-fIi
We received Pass the Pigs by Winning Moves, in exchange for this post. All opinions are my own.
As we unwind from the day, my family gathers at the table, for Family Game Night. One of our favorites is PASS THE PIGS by Winning Moves.
Pass the Pigs is a classic game of chance, featuring two adorable pigs, that’s sold millions of copies, since its release in the 1980s.
Players roll two pig-shaped dice and score points on how they land.
Think of Craps, but with pigs.
You can see some of the videos on youtube of people playing Pass the Pigs.
My kiddos thought it was crazy when they were discussing board games with Grandma, and she brought up how much she loves PASS THE PIGS!
The first player to score 100 points is the winner.
It’s a fast moving game. We can play multiple games in a fifteen-minute time slot.
Each turn lasts until the player throwing either roll the pigs in a way that wipes out their current turn score, wipes out their total game score, or decides to stop their turn, add their turn score to their total score and pass the pigs to the next player.
There are different point combinations.
If pigs land on their nose, that’s called a snouter.
If both pigs land on their back, that’s called a double-razor-back.
You can “Pig Out”
Pig Out is when both pigs are lying on their sides, one with the spot facing upwards and one with the spot facing downwards the score for that turn is reset to 0 and the turn changes to the next player
Whatever you do, don’t roll the pigs and let the black dot appear. You’ll lose your points.
The two pig-shaped dice, score pad and pencil are packed into a handy, dice cup, making PASS THE PIGS convenient for travel, storage, and stocking stuffers.
The pint-sized porkers pack a big punch when it comes to fun and will entertain family and friends of all ages.
PASS THE PIGS is available at Toys Stores nationwide and Winning Moves, your one-stop online entertainment store
