Summer is great with its weather, activities and fun, but the kiddos are starting to miss school so we’re shifting towards giving our fall wardrobe a boost. I’m certain the kiddos are still gearing up for one last growth spurt so I’m looking for myself. I have a 25 year high school reunion coming up and Spiegel‘s selection of women’s clothing has some stylish options to make me the center of attention!
If I still had the figure I had back in 1987, the outfit pictured above would be my choice. It has a Charlize Theron vibe with the Golden Jacquard Cropped Jacket and Metallic Layered Tank Top. Of course, I went to school in Western North Carolina. Unlike my reunion here in Utah, these people are down to earth. No country clubs for the get-together. This year, we’re conversing and catching up via Tail Gate at our Alma Mater’s football game.
I love sweaters and in September, the weather will be cooler in the rolling hills of Western North Carolina. One of these two sweaters would be perfect for reflecting my every day style. I could pair them with my favorite jeans or leggings and still rock the reunion. They’re casual enough for a Tail Gate and classic enough to give me confidence.
Of course, it’s been 25 years and we’ve all grown up. Saturday night we’ll be gathering at a cafe with the infamous “Biltmore” in the address. The ensemble above offers city elegance. I absolutely love the Fringed Tweed Girlfriend Jacket with Satin Belt with it’s shimmery metallic detail! The shoes are spectacular with their animal print showing we are all living our own dreams instead of Cinderellas!
From tops to shoes, Spiegel is a brand that will leave you covered in style. They’ve been trusted since 1905 when they began mailing catalogs to women. We, women, haven’t changed much in the past century, we still seek versatile and unique apparel.
