We received a Reindeer in Here in exchange for this post. All opinions and our love for holiday traditions remain our own.
Fa-La-La! We’ve officially entered the Holiday season. For my family the holidays have traditions. Sometimes we introduce a new one and sometimes we lean on the tried-and-true. This year I’m sharing with you a great tradition created by dadpreneur Adam Reed, Reindeer in Here.
This tradition includes a sweet story about the reindeer with the message to be who we are, that it is great to be different. The Reindeer is the sweetest thing. So soft to the touch with many textures and those big blue eyes just melt your heart.
This tradition is not only fun, but it’s adorable and perfect for any child. The Reindeer is scheduled to arrive in children’s home December 1st to start the tradition.
We’ve all had that first Christmas with our children. It’s magical and the one we discuss what traditions are important to us. This is how Reindeer in Here was created. Adam, the father of two small children (3 years and 1 year) set off browsing the stores looking for something to start his own family holiday traditions.
What he discovered was the lack of holiday traditions, with a positive core message, there were.
For years, Elf on a Shelf has been the leader, but like us, the Reeds were aware of how stressful this tradition can be–moving it every night, the rules of don’t touch, the fear some children have of the creature. Our experience of Elf on a Shelf was anything but fun. My husband and I dreaded finding a new place for him each night. There was the feeling we were failing when other kids’ elf was doing these elaborate parties at night and the kiddos were discovering them. We were reminded by our children that the Elf hadn’t moved, which made us feel like failures. So? this tradition was out…
Instead, Adam created Reindeer in Here, a book and plush gift set that’s perfect for any child. No pressure on mom or dad. It’s life as you live it–with a friend.
One of the best things about this gift set is that its message is that different is normal. Every child is special and unique. I love this. I have six children and they are all so different from one another. I love that this gift set celebrates the differences. I always tell my children that it is the differences that make us each unique.
It’s a precious story about a little reindeer who has one antler shorter than the other.
Reindeer in Here is a Book and Plush Set
Sent by Santa as the first gift of the holiday season to get to know each child and celebrate. The children are encouraged to take the reindeer plush with them wherever they go on their daily adventures to the Reindeer can learn what makes each child unique and report back to Santa their true Christmas wishes.
It’s easy to begin your family’s Christmas tradition. The Reindeer show up in early December. The child gives their reindeer a name, decides if it’s a boy or girl. It’s a celebration of making the reindeer as unique as they are. It’s sure to be a tradition your child looks forward to year after year.
This amazing gift set was 2018’s MOST AWARDED holiday tradition brand, winning 9 awards in under one year. The book and plush set SOLD OUT on Amazon in 2017–Instant #1 Best Seller and Instant #1 New Release.
The holidays are stressful enough without having to move something every day around the house.
Imagine the joy of December 1st when the Reindeer in Here is gifted to the child. It kicks off the excitement of the holiday and gives them a friend to hug and tell their secrets too. I love that it’s a cuddly friend to carry around each day while mom and dad run errands. It’s a built in friend when the line gets long. It’s a friend to snuggle to sleep and wake up to.
