Easter might be my favorite holiday. I think the chocolate tastes best this holiday, of all the others. I look forward to the celebration and bribing my kiddos for treats from their Easter baskets. This is important considering that, in a recent survey1, nearly 80% of consumers said that they would prefer to purchase chocolate products made with sustainable cocoa if they were easy to find and didn’t cost more.
