LeapFrog is definitely an innovator in children’s toys. We were thrilled to introduce two of LeapFrog’s newest toys, the LeapFrog Touch Magic Rockin’ Guitar and the LeapFrog Touch Magic Learning Bus at a party to kick off our homeschool co-op nursery school. The children had SO much fun playing games, playing with toys, and getting acquainted again after summer vacation.
The first toy we introduced was the LeapFrog Touch Magic Rockin’ Guitar. It’s an amazing toy. LeapFrog amps up the learning fun. Children can create and perform music while building motor skills and confidence! The toy includes guitar, percussion and special effect sounds—even applause. There are ten different learning songs that let little musicians layer in sounds and create their own unique music. The Touch Magic Rockin’ Guitar is appropriate for children ages 3+ years. Parents can connect to the online LeapFrog® Learning Path for customized learning insights and ideas to expand the learning.
The LeapFrog Touch Magic Rockin’ Guitar is the perfect toy to jam on. We recently hosted a Rock ‘n Learn Party and all of the children LOVED becoming a rock star. It was by far the coolest toy any of the children had seen. Even Big Boy wanted to rock the day away with the MagicTouch strings and awesome songs. The guitar is super lightweight, doesn’t have raised buttons, so it’s very easy to play, and has 10 built-in songs for variety.
Hop on board for fun with the alphabet, early vocabulary, motor skills and learning songs! All a child has to do is make a movement or touch a sensor to activate the bus and get the learning journey rolling. Preschoolers can switch between three modes: Learning, Letter Exploration and Music, which includes fun sing-along songs about the alphabet, motion and more. The Touch Magic Learning Bus is appropriate for children ages 2+ years. Parents can connect to the online LeapFrog® Learning Path for customized learning insights and ideas to expand the learning.
Next, we brought even more fun to the party. The LeapFrog Touch Magic Learning Bus features four adorable animals playing all sorts of instruments, and has a keyboard section at the bottom of the toy. My MES takes this toy EVERYWHERE. She loves to play with her *school bus*. She has been my reluctant learner, and when I pull out our letter basket, she smiles sweetly and says, “Oh Mommy, this isn’t a fun game; let’s go play something else!” With the LeapFrog Touch Magic Learning Bus, MES learns WHILE she plays. It has helped her not only with letter recognition but letter sounds as well. The bigger Kiddos think that the keyboard and drums at the bottom are nifty. I even like picking a tune or two out. With four songs to enjoy, children will love to take this toy with them and play with it all the time. I love the smooth screen and the ease of making it work. I also like that we can push more than one button at a time, and the toy does not freeze. This toy is also very lightweight, easy for travel, and features activities to build letter sounds and letter recognition, early vocabulary, and more.
And have you ever gotten a toy that won’t turn off and sporadically begins making sounds in the middle of the night? With the LeapFrog Magic Touch toys, there is no worry of that. They have a “parental” off button on the back, as well as two sound settings. Both toys are also reasonably priced at $24.99 a piece retail.

|Lauralee Saad loves homeschooling her three kiddos: Ballerina, age 8, Big Boy, age 6, and MESS, age 3. She enjoys sewing when she can find a spare corner to set up her machine and dig out fabrics, cooking and baking – especially if the kiddos are helping, and enjoying a good book after the kiddos have gone to bed. She is thrilled to have welcomed a baby girl into the family on March 23, 2012.|
As a member of BSM Media I received the LeapFrog products in order to host my LeapFrog sponsored party. The opinions in my post are my own honest opinion, yours may vary.
