Culturelle Probiotics for Kids of All Ages #Review

Sharing is caring!

Tummy issues plague The Divine Miss M. We have tried so many things and they are either too harsh for her or so expensive. These days we’re using Culturelle and it is working out effectively without breaking us.

Did you know that approximately 70% of the human immune system is located in the gut? It makes it crucial, in the antiseptic obsessed world in which we live, to maintain a healthy population and balance of good bacteria to promote good health.

I’m not sure if The Divine Miss M’s tummy issues are from gluten, dairy or just that she takes after her dad. Culturelle Probiotic is diary free so if it is a lactose intolerance we’re not triggering anything there.

Culturelle contains Lactobacillus GG. It’s a fancy name for a probiotic that helps keep the intestinal tract healthy and gives balance to good and bad bacteria. It is effective in decreasing irregularity, bloating and even occasional diarrhea. I love that  one dose of Culturelle contains more probiotic than a serving of yogurt!

The Divine Miss M has been taking the Culturelle for almost 30-days. I can see improvements as she complains less frequently about her tummy. Without the tummy aches she’s eating better and more active. That gives me smiles!

We started out with Culturelle for Kids. It is milder and helps to strengthen the natural defense system. It was easy to incorporate–I just added one packet into The Divine Miss M’s drink or food. It’s tasteless and odorless so it was done without her even knowing.

After two weeks, we introduced the Culturelle tablets and she has been taking one every morning. Culturelle offers a variety of products for: – Digestive Health – Natural Health and Wellness – Dairy-Free Natural Health and Wellness – Probiotics for Kids I feel confident Culturelle is helping and we will continue to use it to help The Divine Miss M.

Both, Culturelle Kids Probiotic Chewables and Culturelle Kids Probiotic Packets have received the Good Housekeeping Seal after evaluation from the Good Housekeeping Research Institute.
