The book covers everything from the anatomy of the back and way to prevent back strain to how to work with your healthcare provider and natural and alternative treatments to help alleviate back pain and discomfort.
The tips are easy to implement and I am working on some of the exercises mentioned in the book. I believe these exercised could be a preventative measure for anyone.
