Now, what I am about to tell you can go no further.
I love this kiddo.
BUT he plays hard and his body glistens with sweat.
We’ve been working on wearing shoes, with socks, and still, when he takes off those bad boys, NOTHING will go near them. Foot STANK!
People, it’s bad.
Without notice, he will take his shoes off in the backseat on a longer-than-around-town-drive and immediately someone in the car (usually dad) will holler, “Li’l Man, did you take your shoes off?!”
He’s my kid who takes his socks off and they are so stiff they can almost walk on their own! Yuck!
To complicate matters, he’s entering puberty and it’s like his feet are human stink bombs!
He was instructed to take his shoes off at the door. The smell is just too intense. I’m sure they can smell his feet in the next county over.
Salvation came in the form of a spray bottle. It bears the name Trinova.
Trinova is a shoe renewal spray, which is all-natural.
When he first tried it the scent was strong, but we decided it had to be strong to combat the strong odor of his feet! Once Trinova dries, it’s not overwhelming, but a subtle, light, clean scent.
I love that Trinova is made with essential oils. Some of my favorites, in fact, peppermint oil, thyme oil, eucalyptus oil and tea tree oil. When combined they are a quadrant of superheroes!
I think he loves it too. I notice he sprays his feet before putting on his socks. It takes just a minute. It keeps his feet smelling human at the end of the day! It dries quickly. The spray is paraben-free and non-toxic so I don’t have cause to worry.
When he’s headed out to play, he spritzes the inside of his shoes. It gives them a fresh scent and he thinks makes the shoes look new.
Trinova is a powerful weapon against foot stank. It has changed Li’l Man’s life–he can now take his shoes off without notice and I think it gives him a sense of confidence at school.
We received Trinova Shoe Renewal Spray in exchange for this post. All opinions are my own.
