Review by Mom Does Reviews:

I must admit, I was a little skeptical at first when I heard about the Rollie vertical grill. It seems almost impossible that it could cook anything in a tube that is narrower than a toilet paper roll and a few inches longer. Once again, after I used it, I am now a Rollie believer! It’s so easy to use, my son wants a snack made in the Rollie everyday after school. The first thing we made was a Chocolate Banana Rollie. We sprayed Pam into the chamber, plugged the Rollie and and let it heat up. We took a piece of crescent roll dough and spread some chocolate syrup and caramel on it. Then I put a few slices of banana on top and rolled it up, starting from the larger end and ending at the smaller end. Be sure to fold the sides over to close the ends- you don’t want any chocolate to leak out! Make sure your creation is thin enough to fit into the Rollie and slide it into the chamber. We let it cook about 10 minutes. It was cool- according to my son- when the dough started coming out the top. I unplugged it, poured it out on a plate and he devoured it!

Another favorite is pictured below- The Rollie Bacon Egg! You have to thread a piece of cooked bacon onto a bamboo skewer. Crack an egg into the Rollie and then you push the bacon skewer into the egg and let it cook for 6-8 minutes. I added a little cheese to the egg- can’t go wrong with cheese. This one is fun because it’s like breakfast on a stick. Kids love to eat food on sticks! So does my husband! He actually liked the Bacon Egg so much he made himself one the next day!

My son, hubby and I all give Rollie Two Big Thumbs up! So SIX thumbs up from our home!! I highly recommend this fun Rollie Vertical Grill. You will be amazed at the things you can make! One of my favorite features is that it is easy to clean afterwards. Just use the brush that comes with it with a little soapy water, rinse it out and it’s clean! No messy, caked on batter or grease. I also love that it’s pretty hard to burn yourself on the Rollie. I always burn my fingers and hands – even on a toaster oven. No burns from the Rollie!
